  • Vinyasa is an active breath-to-movement practice that strengthens both body and mind while bringing awareness to various breathing techniques, muscle engagements & elasticity, mobility, balance, and fluid transitions in and out of poses.

     

    This style of yoga offers lots of room for creativity and intuitive movement. Any level yogi can participate in Vinyasa, and all poses can be modified to make the experience accessible, no matter where you are in your journey. Props are also encouraged in this practice. 

  • Traditional Yin Yoga incorporates a set of passive poses held for 3 - 5 minutes at a time with the support of props and a focus on the breath.

     

    With the absence of movement and muscle engagement, this style helps to slow down the mind + body, improve flexibility, and increase a state of calm. The Yin energy represents softness, stillness, and an inward focus. Open and accessible to all levels!

  • Embodied yoga is a moving meditation cultivated by a blend of somatics, dance, and yoga asana. It is a nonperformative approach to movement that guides us away from conformity and towards liberation. The flow becomes a celebration of balance and self-inquiry as you tap into sensation. 

    Embodied Yoga templates are set sequences that invite slow, fluid movement and playful transitions, creating space in both body and mind. While connecting with the breath, each moment merges effortlessly into the next.
